SMS Messaging Terms

Program description
When you separately and optionally consent, FreshStart Laundry Rentals may send recurring customer-care and account-notification text messages about your delivery request, rental agreement, delivery scheduling, payment status, equipment service, and related support.
Consent and eligibility
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or renting. Providing a mobile number does not by itself enroll you in the SMS program. You must select the separate optional SMS checkbox on the request form or otherwise provide documented consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and rental activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also call 423-225-1818 or email info@freshstartlaundryrental.com.
Delivery and privacy
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. FreshStart may change or end the SMS program as permitted by law. SMS consent and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
