Are the appliances new?+
FreshStart primarily provides pre-owned rental appliances. Each appliance is carefully cleaned, inspected, and tested for proper operation before delivery. Brands, models, colors, features, and cosmetic condition vary with availability, and normal signs of previous use may be present.
What can I rent?+
Choose a washer, dryer, or a complete washer-and-dryer pair. Availability is confirmed before delivery.
What does the monthly rental include?+
Use of the appliance and service for normal mechanical failure or normal wear are included. Property plumbing, vents, outlets, wiring, misuse, and damage are not included.
How quickly can you deliver?+
Timing depends on inventory, your location, and whether the laundry connections are ready. Tell us your preferred timing and we’ll confirm a delivery window.
How do monthly payments work?+
After you approve the rental terms, FreshStart sends a secure Stripe payment link. The first payment covers the first rental month; later payments draft automatically on the agreed monthly date.
Do I enter card or bank information on this website?+
No. This website never collects card or bank details. Payments are completed only on a secure Stripe-hosted page sent directly to you.
What should I do before delivery?+
Make sure the laundry area is clear and accessible. You’ll receive a secure preparation link for connection details and laundry-area pictures when delivery is scheduled.

Rental terms summary
Appliances remain FreshStart property. Your signed agreement controls the initial term, monthly rent, tax, billing date, service responsibilities, exclusions, fees, default, termination, pickup, and any reinstatement rights. Service for normal wear and mechanical failure is included; misuse, overloading, lint-screen neglect, unauthorized moving or repair, and property plumbing, vents, outlets, wiring, or other external systems are excluded. This summary is informational and does not replace the signed agreement. Written correspondence may be mailed to FreshStart Laundry Rentals, P.O. Box 345, Hixson, TN 37415; the signed agreement controls any formal notice or cancellation requirements.
Recurring-payment disclosure
If you proceed, you will review and authorize the exact amount before paying on Stripe’s secure hosted page. The first payment covers the first rental month. Later payments draft automatically on the agreed calendar date each month (or the final day of a shorter month). After the initial term, rental and automatic drafts continue month-to-month until ended according to the signed agreement. A payment that remains unpaid for seven calendar days may receive one $20 late fee; non-payment for fourteen days may constitute a material breach, subject to the agreement and applicable Tennessee law. Contact FreshStart before checkout if anything is unclear.
Privacy policy
FreshStart collects the contact, property, appliance, delivery, and preparation information you voluntarily submit to respond to requests, confirm service, schedule and prepare deliveries, support rentals, prevent abuse, and meet legal or business-record obligations. Public forms are validated on the server and stored separately from the private manager. Payment information is entered only with Stripe; FreshStart does not receive or store full card or bank details. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the rental, payment, communication, or delivery workflow, or when required by law. FreshStart does not sell personal information. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, email info@freshstartlaundryrental.com or write to FreshStart Laundry Rentals, P.O. Box 345, Hixson, TN 37415. Some records may be retained when required for contracts, payments, safety, fraud prevention, or law.
